Returns and exchange details

Cancellations or changes are available ONLY if your order has not been started.
We will replace any items that we made a mistake on for FREE. If it’s our fault we’ll be happy to send you a replacement for free. All we ask is to message us with a picture WITHIN 5 days of receiving it and we will gladly fix our mistake.
A set of instructions will be provided with your decals to help you with a perfect application.
*Before accepting your package from shipping company; you need to check the integrity and contents of the box, write minutes down if there is any problem.
**For the return of damaged and wrong orders, you need to send detailed pictures of the product within 5 days of the delivery at the latest. Otherwise, requests will not be processed.

Shipping

Purchased product which you have brought will be ready in 2-5 days.
Orders are shipped via DHL Express . There is an average delivery time of 3-5 business days.

*Please keep in mind that DUTY FEES imposed by other countries are BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY. It is important for all international buyers to know and understand your countries customs fees and rates. These are not extra postage fees, and we, the seller, are not responsible for these fees.
Also, we can not be responsible for international orders that are held up or go missing in customs.
